Shopify Data very slow to load, emails blank

We have a report that uses our Shopify data source. The report either never loads or loads very slowly over 4-5 min.  The same report is emailed daily and has been blank for a week. This report was created years ago and has always work fine until a week ago.

Hi Maram, 

Are you using Looker or Looker studio? If so can you check the connector you're using for the Shopify Data source? There are a few out there, but all community connectors. It might be helpful to see if anything changed in the terms of the connector.

Sounds like you're using a Looker studio connector. I'd recommend checking in w/ the maker of the Shopify connector that you're using to see what's changed as suggested above. 

A more reliable option for building reports off datasources like this is using an ETL tool (Stitch and Fivetran are solid options) to centralize the data first into BQ or another SQL database - then build your dashboards off of that. (Sometimes connectors can't handle the load as your data or user base grows.)
