my workspace district email disable?

Good afternoon! I'm inex working with the school district and was attempting to logged in and wasnt able to due to the cell # I had wasnt current so I override it for months and then on April 29th wasnt able to it said disable so I contacted admin and they said contact human resources I did and they said I resigned which I didn't ,and they never gave me wriiten anything via email etc if so how would I access it is my district email is locked .

im confused.
