Whatโs next?
AppSheet admins will soon get even more enhanced capabilities, including the following:

Hi,
I have access to this console even when I'm on AppSheet Core, is this normal?
What will be the console's features for people on AppSheet Core?
Thanks!
Yes that is by design! All Workspace admins with the AppSheet service privilege have access to the new admin console. Non-enterprise admins do not have access to all of the views or governance capabilities (e.g., policies or team settings), but it is a significant advancement in monitoring capabilities.
I am an SA in Workspace but when I go to the AppSheet console all I get is a spinning wheel.
@b_gorsky1 we suspect there might be issues syncing your Workspace privileges in AppSheet's backend. Can you try to either use a new incognito session to login to appsheet.com again or logout and login to appsheet.com?
Sorry for the inconvenience.
@b_gorsky1 a quick update:
Separate from the role syncing issue, there is an auth bug in AppSheet's backend too. We're working on fixing that. Though even if it's fixed, it will still need you to relogin to appsheet.com to trigger the role sync. The fix will take approximately one week to be deployed.
Again, apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for participating in the Public Preview and helping us polish AppSheet.
@ccchen_google Any update on this?
Incognito window has the same problem, just a spinning wheel.
Apologies for the delay. The engineering team has identified the cause of the problem and will start to roll out the fix next week. I'll update here as soon as the rollout starts. Thank you for your patience and again apologies for the issues.
The fix should be rolled out now. Can you try again?
If it still doesn't work, do you mind enable support access so we can investigate more thoroughly?
Thank you again for your patience and for reporting the issue!
@ccchen_google I am facing a similar issue. The page just keeps on loading with no results. Any update on this?
A fix is being rolled out and the problem should be resolved by next week. If you are still encountering an issue after next week, please select the "Send feedback" button in the left-nav.
I just tried it and it looks good.
However, the calculations of how many licences I need to buy and the categorisation of who is an internal user and who is external are dont' seem to work properly.
Hi @Erik_Ferm - can you submit the "Send feedback" button in the left-nav of the admin console? It would also help significantly if you enable support access so we can investigate more thoroughly.
I have enabled support and I will send the feedback. Internal users are listed multiple times and the total number of internal users is incorrect.
Hi Erik - I believe we resolve the issue for your account. I sent you a direct message explaining the details.
In general, however, please note that on the App Usage page, each row represents a unique account and app combination (e.g., userA@acme.com - Inspections App, userA@acme.com - Inventory App). Also note that on the Accounts page, a user that authenticates through a non-Google authentication source will have separate accounts (e.g., userA@acme.com - Google and userA@acme.com - MSFT).
