Allow app access as needed with AppSheet User Pass

AppSheet User Pass allows users of your AppSheet Enterprise Plus or Core apps to consume a license, as needed, if they don't have one or if their license is a lower tier than the app owner. User Pass licenses are available to the organization as a pool. Admins don't assign User Pass licenses to individual users in the Google Admin console.

Note: Starting April 10, 2025, AppSheet Enterprise Standard External User and AppSheet Enterprise Plus External User licenses will no longer be available for purchase. We’ll automatically upgrade your customer’s existing external user licenses to AppSheet Enterprise Plus at no additional cost for the remaining duration of your commitment. The setting is being removed and the `AppSheet_TriggerEmail` table will be removed from all applications.

AppSheet desktop search now behaves better within inline views. Previously, when searching a table in Desktop mode, search terms would sometimes incorrectly carry over to expanded inline views. Now search terms will only carry over if the views are based on the same table or if the search is performed within a dashboard. Note that bookmarked desktop URLs that embedded a search may need to be updated, as the place where search is stored in the URL has changed.
