Fixed an issue where the system-generated action for chart views that navigates the user to the chart data wasn't getting generated for chart views based on slices. This bug fix will be rolled out gradually.

Bug fix for navigation actions not working properly in desktop design and new mobile framework (preview). Specifically, if navigating to a view that's already in the stack, previously the stack would not get updated, now the user is brought back to the existing view and the rest of the stack is cleaned up. This bug fix will be rolled out gradually.
New: 100% of free users and 75% of paid users.
Previous: Deployed to 100% of free users and 50% of paid users.
