Cloud Service mesh with traffic director

Hi ,

I have deployed CSM with traffic director-based control plane And enabled the managed service mesh.

For end user authentication deployed GCP end user auth for cloud service mesh.

After updating the confirmed for istio-system, changes do not reflect & mesh config does not work.

i have tried with the check cluster in fleet & in sync with fleet config. but still redirection as per meshconfig not work.
Pl suggest if any workaround

Following this documentation, I configured end-user authentication and successfully deployed istio-ingressgateway on Service Mesh.

Important note: As outlined in the documentation, when updating the istio-asm-manaed-rapid/stable/manage ConfigMap pay close attention to proper spacing and indentation. Incorrect formatting can lead to syntax errors.
