API Proxy Build (Add new proxy) not working in the enterprise.apigee.com/platform. Failed to build API in both test and prod environments in this site with the following errors:

Creating API proxy: weather.Fetching environments and virtual hosts.Submitting revision to the server. Critical error: Saving revision failed and the system couldn't recover.
