Analytics report on proxy chaining.. no of call to a proxy and from a proxy

I want to capture reports on the number of calls made to a proxy and from a proxy. Selecting Target URL as dimensions I can get from which proxy which target url is called.

But I need in both side, i.e call to a proxy and from a proxy. Let me know if anyone has done similar kind of work and also I want to know if this scenario is a valid possible scenario to achieve?
