ApiGee - Admin Portal

Afternoon need some assistance have an old admin portal to something called ApiGee - https://apigee.com/platform

Looks like a paid app, and is no longer required how do we close this account down asap.

If it's a paid service, then you paid in advance. To avoid further payment, don't make further payment. The Apigee team will normally contact customers to renew on an annual basis, and you can just decline to review. 

If you're more concerned about the connectivity of the service, and "turning off" traffic, then you need to undeploy your proxies.

Issue its linked to a credit card of a person who has left, theres no way to change or cancel.

No renewal date nothing, could cancel the card which will happen but would rather close the whole thing down

as far as I am aware, there has never been a way to link an apigee.com service to a credit card.  You need to contact your Apigee account manager.  If you don't know who that is, you can submit a support request via the Apigee support portal. 

If you don't have an Apigee account manager and if you don't have any knowledge of the Apigee support portal, then you probably do not have a paid Apigee organization, and you are not being billed.

The problem is theres no renewal or easy way to cancel its linked to a CC from a leaver.

We can cancel the CC not a problem, but I would rather cancel the service and account.
