ApiGee Hybrid with multiple runtime Plane, On-Prem and AKS

Hi , is it possible to have a multiple runtime plane in an ApiGee Hybrid setup ?We are planning to have a runtime plane in AKS (for backend services on cloud) and On-Prem (for backend services on-prem), the multi region deployment Multi-Region  talks more about deploying multiple runtime plane in a specific hosting platform(GKE, On-prem, AKS etc). We are looking more of combination of On-Prem and Azure AKS
