We are looking to promote local development of API Proxies and dependencies across our organization to improve efficiency and collaboration. However, due to our organization's security policies, Docker is not permitted to be run on developer's local machines. We are exploring alternative best practices for local development, deployment, testing, and immediate feedback without access to both Docker and the Apigee console. We would greatly appreciate any insights or recommendations on how to proceed.
