It seemed like the proxy deployed but I never get a revision number on the command line. Here's what I see-
Deploying oauth2 to:
Env: dev
Org: {orgname}
Url: https://api.enterprise.apigee.com
For: {username}
proxy gets uploaded to the UI but I can't deploy it to any env from the UI. When I check the proxy it seems like it's missing the proxy endpoint file.
