Cannot setup Coursera lab environment due to an error reported by Maven when running node setup command

Hello,

I'm trying to go through the Coursera courses for Apigee and I'm trying to setup the lab environment. I have installed and configured on my laptop the following:

java version "12.0.1" 2019-04-16
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 12.0.1+12)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 12.0.1+12, mixed mode, sharing)

Apache Maven 3.6.1 (d66c9c0b3152b2e69ee9bac180bb8fcc8e6af555; 2019-04-04T22:00:29+03:00)

However, when I run command node setup I get the following errors:
