Cant make Service callout from Shared flow for google IDP endpoint /.well-known/openid-configuration

Hi ,

  I am having an issue while making a service callout from shared flow for - https://accounts.google.com/.well-known/openid-configuration endpoint, I am able to make the same call from proxy, I am not sure why it wont work from a shared flow.
