Creating a dril-down report via Analytics api

Hi,

I have a custom report that making a sum on traffic and errors according to Developers,Apps,Proxies and so on...

1. At the new managment UI version the report is generating with ID's and not names (developerID) as in the old version i got the first + last name.

2. i want to use the API's to achieve this dril-down but i will get only id's , i need to call the API's multiple times to get the data. Can i get the data in a single API call?

3. The UI has a 2 weeks limit, do i have any constraints on the API's?
