Datastore Error for Api proxy while OauthV2 token generator with client credentials

Hi All,

Currently we are facing issue with one of our API proxy where we are getting "Datastore error", while checking logs we can see it is failing for Oauth2 token generator policy. Does anyone face this issue before, what can be the cause for this.

I guess it's something to do with accessing Cassandra.
Which setup of Apigee do you use?

Thank you for you reply @MarciSoos ,

I am using Apigee Hybrid setup, and this issue is for consumer API proxy.

I don't see any network issue or Cassandra pods restarts in our logs. So there might be other issue while generating token.

Hi @Dhanshri ,

Based on this earlier thread, Datastore error indicates issue with Cassandra component.  If your platform is hosted onprem (Apigee Hybrid or Apigee opdk), check the corresponding cassandra troubleshooting docs.

I hope you find the solution there.
