Do we have any automated utility or reference to migrate proxies from Apigee Hybrid to Apigee X?

1.To migrate proxies from Apigee hybrid proxies to Apigee-X including KVM shared flow APP and products.

2.If we have requirements to migrate API Metrics, Developers, OAS spec and Custom reports as well, to Apigee - X . Do we have any options ?   

3. @dino @strebel If we migrate proxies from Apigee hybrid 1.12.0 (even we have plan currently to move to Apigee Hybrid to 1.12.1) target state to Apigee-X.

 Per Apigee X release notes https://cloud.google.com/apigee/docs/release-notes is behind the Apigee Hybrid ? Will there be any issues ? or I overlooked.
