Enable a custom analytics plugin on microedge to collect sensitive data information on each response.

Is there a way to implement/use something similar as Policies(extract_variables, statistics_collector) on microedge gateway side?
How can I build a plugin to do that?

I tried to use volos-analytics-apigee but with no success I have received 500 Internal Server Error. Any response will be welcome 😉
