Facing error when trying to deploy a proxy in test/prod environment.

Could any one please let me know if I am trying to deploy a proxy into test/prod environment it is showing error like

" The revision is deployed, but traffic cannot flow. RPC Error 500: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space; "
