How can Import swagger in reserve proxy ? While developing API proxy

Hi All,

I was trying to work with swagger file , in API proxy creation in reserve proxy I can able to see open API (swagger url to ) import.

when I created API portal in apigee , I can able to see +specs where I can import swagger file , URL and I can create freshly new swagger.

What is difference between them ?? And how can I important swagger file in apigee edge to create my proxies ??

I will create swagger , how can I import that swagger in apigee to create proxies??
