How do you know what changes are made to a proxy revision?

Hi,

In the MGMT UI say there are about 50 revisions for the given proxy. Now how do I find out that what changes are made and when for a particular revision?

Is there any log, or any config details for the API where it displays the informaiton for the changes that each revision of the API proxy contains and also when a new revison of the API proxy was created?
