How to deploy integrated developer portal with Edge using cicd

For the integrated developer portal with Edge, it does not seem to have documentation about how to deploy and backup the configuration. Can it be done like the api proxy?

We have two different organisation, one for prod and one for test and development. I need to automated the process to deploy the integrated developer portal on the test organisation to the prod organsation.

Can someone shed me some light?
