Is it possible to restrict a developer to see Developer apps created by users belonging to a custom role ?

Let's say

a. We create a Custom Role "Custom"
b. Create two users User A and User B in custom Role "Custom"
c. User A creates Dev app A and User D creates Dev App B

Is it possible to restrict User A and User B to view only Dev App A and Dev App B ?

They should not be able to view any other Developer Apps.
