Not getting the correct output mentioned in "proxy a soap service " tutorial,Am not getting the output for "proxy a SOAP service tutorial"

I had done all the steps as mentioned in the tutorial but i am not getting the desired output when i hit the url.I have attached the screenshot.Please tell me what is the possible solution or what mistake i have done so that i get the output properly.proxy-a-soap-service.png
