Our Sandbox environment is throwing 400s for everything deployed to it. Can someone look at it?

Our Sandbox continues to throw 400s when I try to hit URLs which I successfully deployed. Can someone take a look at it please? This same thing happened the other day: we were getting 404s for a while then "magically" the URLs started responding (200).

This relates to a support case from costco that requested we change the costco-sandbox.apigee.net DNS entry to a different org that has yet to have the proxies you're mentioning.
