Question regarding Apigee handling of OpenAPI Specifications

Can someone confirm this one: does Apigee provide a place to store and manage OpenAPI Specifications?

Is it accurate to say that Apigee supports OpenAPI Specification 3.0, though a subset of features may not yet be supported?

I need confirmation and some more details, if possible.

In the case of APIGEE SAAS it's there as spec as APigee saas comes with integrated developer portal now. But, I don't think the option is available in Onprem,. In case of Onprem you have to setup seaprate DB.
