Quick clarification regarding support for JMX authentication and support for JMX over SSL

Apigee OPDK version 4.51.00 now fully supports JMX with authentication and SSL for all the edge-* components. It will work while upgrading, and will retain settings.

Prior to 4.51.00 the authentication had to be disabled while updating, because the update scripts did not support acting as a JMX client with credentials or in SSL mode.
