Quota management for API products

I guys, I have a question regarding the quota management which we can configure for the API products. A customer wants to know how we handle the quota management if an registered application has access to 2 API products and the App is calling an API proxy who is assigned to both products. For which API product do we decrease the quota counter in this case? Who is able to answer this question?
