Started to receive messaging.adaptors.http.flow.NoActiveTargets error

Everything was fine with target server but at some point we started to receive this error:

{ "fault": { "faultstring": "The Service is temporarily unavailable", "detail": { "errorcode": "messaging.adaptors.http.flow.NoActiveTargets" } } }

Target server is working fine and I can access it's API directly without any errors.

Could you please tell me what can be the problem? Can I get more detailed logs about this error?
