I wanted some information on the following

The APIGEE enterprise plan mentions about a static ip for the SaaS environment. Which component does this ip address belong to ?

It's NAT layer for customers on a call volume-based licensing plan & MessageProcessors for a customers on a capacity-based licensing plan.
