Trying to configure Predev target end point in apigee(deployment in test)

Hi There, I tried configuring Predev target endpoint in apigee(it is deployed in test env). Am not able to see the response. Could someone please let me know it is allowed or not. If yes, what is the procedure. Please let me know.
