Unable read port from target server

Hi all,

I have configured a target server in my dev env. when I hit the API host, the final target URL missing the port number which I have defined for that target server. Please let me know if I am doing something wrong. Unable to read port from target server in target URL.
The final url have the host name from the target server but the port number unable to read from target server.

I am attaching the screenshot of my target server settings:
