Unable to setup ApigeeX

When I setup Apigee Evaluation. It is 4 step.

1. Enable API - Done

2. Networking - I have seclected default vpc network but cursor keep moving. I ama unable to setup ApigeeX evaluation. 

it stuck in 2nd step and cannot complete step 3 and step 4

Issue resolved. There was some connectivity issue in GCP, hence it was not working. I tried then it is working fine.
