We have restriction of access to our APIs. We use IP of the requestor to figure this out? Can Apigee do this for us

Team, we like the fact that security and access controls will be provided by APIGEE Edge but we have a requirement that we allow for our customers to call our API's only from specific IP range (some clients have multiple ranges). Can APIGEE edge consider this additional check that the requests are coming from a specific API_KEY and coming from a specific list of acceptable IP ranges?
