What is the minimum Hardware requirement for single host architecture

I am try to installing Private cloud Apigee ( 4.15.04 ) on single server - and planning a single host with 16GM RAM and 200 GB HDD. This is only for OPDK Installation testing purpose not for real QA or Production version. Will run and test couple of APIs for installation verification only.
