When can we expect spec editor in edge UI for private cloud versions?

We upgraded our on-prem installation to 4.19.01 and learnt about spec editor feature in new UI.

As of now, this is avaliable in cloud version but not for On-prem versions.

Is there any plan to have this feature for On-prem versions in future?
