Will create org also adds sys admin as the admin to the org ?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if i use create-org.sh, will it also add the system admin as the org admin for the new org i created ?

Also, would like to know if i create an org using an API call, will it inturn add the sysadmin.

If it is not added, how can we add ? Is there a script to add sys admin to all existing orgs?
