can we create SOAP proxy using wsdl schema through Apigee Management calls ?

Hi Everyone,

Could we able to create SOAP proxy using WSDl through Apigee Management API calls ?

I have gone through proxy creation document through Management API calls but I did not find information for SOAP and REST-SOAP-REST proxy creation through Management API calls.

Kindly sugeest your inputs.
