How to check below app quota parameters without changes the quota limit.

ratelimit.CheckAppQuotaLimit.used.count ratelimit.CheckAppQuotaLimit.available.count ratelimit.CheckAppQuotaLimit.expiry.time

What is the proper way to get the data from the system, without actually updating the quota counter?
