how to populate the Time unit in header ?

how to show Dynamic header for time uni, which Is mentioned in the product level ( I mention the quota and time unit in product level.)

for example "x- ratelimt-timeunit = day, month,seconds,minutes?"

header needs to display the time unit accordingly to the product quota specifications.
