One of our integrators has reported to have encountered (multiple times) the following error:

We have requested access to the Customer Support Portal a few days ago, with no answer so far! Does anyone know how long does it take to get access to the portal?
I have searched in Google as well as here, but haven't been able to find any information related to this error. Can someone, in the meantime, provide details about why this error happens and if there is a way to solve it?
