smartdocs is not responding on devportal(Test env)

Working on test devportal smartdocs, added content(swagger.json test file) to smartDocs. Imported successful, when i am trying to work with verbs(requesting), its not responding and its showing status "working" for long time.

Can you provide a link to your portal ? If this is on-premises install make sure you have SmartDocs configured. SmartDocs configuration guide
