A enum response variable on a form

I've a table:

                        DAY 1                DAY 2               DAY 3

                      USER 1               USER 1

                                                  USER 2             USER 2

                      USER 3             USER 3              USER 3

I would like in a form with two values DAY, and USER, for another table, when I select DAY 1, only appears to choose USER 1 and USER 3, when I select DAY 2 the list was USER 1, USER 2, USER 3, and finally if I select DAY 3 only I could choose between USER 2 and USER 3.
