A formula to color specific SHOW columns on a table

I have Page headers and section headers on a form that need to be colored, but I have about a 100 of them, I can individually select the columns in the format rules, but it'll be time consuming. Is there a formula that can be used to automatically select specific columns to color these Page headers?
