Account query number of users

Good morning

Please could I have some clarity on how the free versions work. I have an app that has 3 users. I have now been asked to purchase licenses for these users. 

I thought that you were allowed to have up to 10 users on a free app. Is this not the case, or is this only applicable for prototype apps before deployment?

Hi @Andrea_Sander 

free users come with prototype app.

while an app is under ptototype state, all users are actually free users.

once the app is deployed, then you are being charged the amountof users using the app.

Thank you, that explains it. I have moved the app back to prototype for now.
