Action button moves to the same row from another table

Hi,
I have two views, which display two different tables in the data, but with the same employee names. (The first view displays the daily sales operations, and the second view displays the monthly details of the sales operations).

I created a new action button and added it in the first view to take me directly to the second view to see the details, but it takes me to the first row describe in this table,

I want a way to make him transfer me to the same employee from whom I pressed the action button.

For your action, use LINKTOROW([_thisRow].[Key Column],"View Name") not LINKTOVIEW()
