Action on scheduled Bot not working

Hi All 

I'm struggling with an action that will work in row but when i run it on the whole table as a BOT nothing happens. 

I tried even a simple expression just to make everything zero in that column and that doesn't work either? 

Any help greatly appreciated.

its really strange i get nothing coming up in the bot log at all.
