Is it possible to create actions in mobile notifications, like the ones underlined in red in the attached screenshot ?

You can not have two actions, but you can have one.

You need to disable the "Use default content" with the notification settings of your bot

Then select the navigation action you wish to perform when clicking on the notification.

Such action could be found under the Behavior section of the expected view settings.

What you suggested isn’t actually an action, it just takes you to a view, from which you can perform any action you want, right?

Correct, I was not accurate enough 🙂

As far as I know, there is no way to perform a data action from a notification, as you can only use deeplink actions.
