Adding a user-generated column to google forms checkbox grid

Is there a way to have a user’s short-answer response to Question #1 be added to the checkbox columns in Question #2? See below for an example:

In image #1, I want the user’s answer to “What other software do you use?” to automatically be appended as a column in the checkbox grid. For example, if a user answered the first question with “OneNote,” the second question would look like image #2.

Basically, I would like to be able to capture how people use various tools when some of them may be unknown to me, in a similar way that the “ADD OTHER” option works for a multiple-choice question in Google Forms.
