Allow or restrict edit in a column

If I have a slice of one table, where I need to restrict edit for particular columns, where the same are allowed on the original table.

Also I need to apply similar to Inline table associated to that table as well

Probably need to use a CONTEXT() expression for editable_if.

It is not clear enough …

If I need to allow one column to be only edited by specific user say or under certain conditions

How this can be specified and under which section
